It would appear now the OP kept the bitch and has bred from it So emailing them back to tell them she is spayed is probably not high on the agenda

Am saying its a rescue and that she herself said that this wasn't a dog to be bred from!!

The dog is a rescue, and Jessica herself said she had been through a lot, and was going to be spayed and rehomed as a pet. She had an email (see link in Louise's post) and CLEARLY said that the dog was NOT for breeding and was being spayed before being rehomed. Regardless of whether she was health tested, jessica has done the direct opposite of what she said and has bred from a rescue dog, its dispicable and will be frowned on incredibly by responsible breeders and exhibitors.
