OMG!!! I thought I had the world's worst here!! My oh has had me awake with his snoring for years. We have tried all postions lol and all remedies - to no avail!!!

No - he said he was asleep right through it

He did say it was uncomfortable whilst the packing was in his nose after the op - but they took that out the day after the op. When the bleeding stopped after the packing removal he was allowed home ( same day).

Really, he said septum fixed was a piece of cake and he can breathe so much better!

Hope the doctors can help!

My sister (we unfortunately share a room) has a terrible cough at the moment and I've been wearing earplugs cus after the first night I was going to KILL her!!!!!

Well he has been given a nasal spray he has to use twice each morning he has 2 bottles and they each contain 140 sprays.....it may take up to a month to work!!!

It is a steroid spray. In the meantime he just has to perciviere with the nose strips and I just have to percivere with the noise!!!

Not that long in from work and yes thank you Very much they arrived today (we dont get our post till about 2pm) I know this is a silly question buit how do I use them????

Do I squeeze the end to fit in my ear or do I just push them in?? I know sorry for being so silly
