Oh my God, I am speachless
poor poor dog.
I have never seen anything like this before, i really wish the best for this dog and hope she gets all the love and care she deserves.
Also the person or person's responsible for doing this should be shot.

The poor poor girly I hope the a)se hole that did this rot in hell, she can come and live with us and be loved to bits for ever, got a big coal fire she can sit in front of ..hope she is on the mend
