ok nae
SPANISH RICE

you need

rice(of course)
2 tins of spam
1 large tin of marrowfat peas
1 tin of chopped tomatos
1 tin of sweetcorn

boil the rice till soft(add salt to taste)
chop the spam into squares
add the spam,peas,tomatos and sweetcorn
simmer for 20 minutes
and serve

my kids love this
so do the dogs and birds
