When I was at my diabetic clinic one day, the nurse told me to try decaff as it will alter my blood sugar readings.....since we've been drinking decaff I've had to lower my insulin intake, plus I sleep a lot better.
My sis (Isochick) was having probs with blood pressure, and changed to decaf tea instead of normal tea, and her blood pressure went right down, and she wasn't getting headaches.

I swapped as I drink a lot of tea, I was getting headaches at night, but now I don't

Prefer tea, and used to drink loads, but cut it down as have to have sugar and milk.... and WW says "NO"

Like coffee, smooth, white without sugar. Really don't like bitter tasting coffee.

I hate coffee in any form so it's tea - and lots of it! But it has to be the right brand with skimmed milk and 2 Canderel or not at all!
Big problem when I came to Ireland as brands are different and you can't get Tetley....... Typhoo is here but called Lyons luckily I have solved the problem and am very satisfied with Barry's tea (that's the brand, no I don't have a new man tucked away somewhere )
