Thank you for letting us know how he is doing.
I'm sure he would rather be home with his family getting his fluids than be with strangers in a strange place.
I hope he picks up soon.

Is he still on the Rimadyl ?, some of the side effects of that could also account for his illness.

hi no we have stopped rimadyl, he has been on that before so wouldn't have expected that to effect him now, but stopped it anyway.

he is sleeping now, which he hasn't really done all day so hoping he will be ok through the night.

thanks for all the positive vibes, am off to soak in the bath
