Oh god - how awful. Really hope he pulls through - fingers crossed for him

UPDATE: just heard from the vets...he has been in surgery for 4 hrs- his stomach had twisted 360 degrees- twice! hes had it stapled so now were just praying he makes it through the night.
Ill update again in the morning- i really need some sleep now.

Just caught up with this thread, I hope Smoke is resting and improves during the night, it sounds like you have done the best by hiim and his condition was very serious, he sounds like a fighter so fingers crossed that there is some positive news in the morning.
Try and get some sleep as Smoke is going to need you to be strong for him.
