Then I click 'quote' button on your post 31 and it shows as normal, what's going on I haven't had any whisky or gin and definately no medication yet my eyes are not reading what should be there if you get my drift.

Well after writing down everything I ate today and totalling up my calories I have eaten just under 1200 calories...i have perhaps been a bit generous with that as trying to work out weights was a bit of a guess lol so I don't think over eating is a problem
