well if this makes anyone feel sick at all.. i cook indies tripe. So long as its not the beef one. Stinks worse if u cook it in microwave, not so bad to boil.
Also, the chicken and rabbit tripe here doesnt smell too bad. Its just the beef one that stinks of Sh*t.

I tend to cook up a batch to last a couple of days and put it in fridge.
It only costs £4.00 for a pack of 10 frozen packets. So very cheap!!!!

I get green tripe and feed it raw to our lot, it costs 22p per pound, so its quite cheap..Spike also eats Ox Heart (raw) and thats £1 for two pounds, they also have a wholemeal mixer, or sometimes i mix in Autarky with their raw meat. I feed them all outside..as i cant stand the smell of green tripe, they all have chicken wings, necks, and carcass, pigs feet..ect they love em !

Oh... makes me think of my kennelmaid days .... large tin baths of entire cows stomaches bubbling away on gas rings on the dog kitchen floor, noxious fumes filling the air and green slime running in a river down the yard..happy memories

If I remember we had trouble with Robert eating the dog food a while ago and somebody at their doggy's Nature Diet.

People there are such things as supermarkets you know.
