Oh I nearly missed these! (You can post new threads for each set of photos if you like Julie )

He's looking awesome!

The adolescent stage does pass, but it can take a while with bull breeds

The best way through it is really, really REALLY tasty treats. It was like another world when we discovered Rocky's weak spot he would do almost anything for cooked (whole) chicken - and that's how we cemented his obedience.

Good luck! I'm sure you;ll do a great job

Just a point about avoiding others, now is the time when you can more easily socialise him with other dogs - it will be much tougher when he gets older so I'd try and make the most of it now if you can..

Yes Murf, but I do think some of them are easier than others, at least from what I've heard about other individuals.
It's both a blessing and curse, as mentioned he is rarely scared and he overcomes "scary" things so quick.

Azz: definitely! He is so picky when it comes to treats. He spits sausage back out and he's like "ok" when it comes to cheese. He didn't even really die to get raw meat or cooked liver etc when we went to classes!
I've bought more liver now actually so tomorrow I'm gonna make home made liver brownie biscuits (I'm hopeless in the kitchen but hopefully I'll manage to make something a dog wants to eat..) .
We don't avoid everyone but we don't go to big open parks as he gets MENTALLY excited and it ends up with the growly jumping game which is no fun for anyone :/ . So woods are better for us, we normally meet several dogs anyway but he doesn't get the chance to start getting excited from a distance and build up and build up before dogs/people get close.
He's never shown anything negative or aggressive towards other dogs of any kind so that's why I'm trying to avoid unneccessary situations .

The thing that worked with Ozzie was a tug toy and play rather than treats ,,

Yeah, his prey drive is higher than his food drive. Just in some situations (if he is working himself up) I'd like to find a treat that works and not neccessarily pull out a toy which also build excitement.
And also - we need a release command, lol. He's not interested in swapping toys (for learning the command), so I need something strong enough to be interesting.

Try the leave command - I was surprised at how quickly Rocky picked it up.

Put some treats in the palm of your hand and say 'leave', when he goes to get it close your hand and say leave. Repeat.

When he 'leaves', then say 'good leave' and give him the treat. And repeat
