I drink about 4 or 5 cups of tea a day and probably about 2 glasses of water. I always bring a glass of water up with me for my bedside table but once my cat and dogs have stuck their tongues in it I don't really feel like it anymore.

I used to drink nothing but water between the ages of about 17 and 20 - literally nothing but water. I was a strange teenager. Lol

Then I got in with "the wrong crowd" and was introduced to nights out on the town and subsequent early morning cups of coffee and tea the morning after the night before.

Since then, my water consumption has dwindled from 100% (and lots of it - easily 2 litres a day) down to almost zero. I keep meaning to get back onto that sort of detox as, although I now rarely go out on a boozy night out (I'm too old to be doing that lark now *sob* ) I must admit, I never felt healthier than when I was drinking that amount of water and my skin was beautifully clear, despite having raging hormones. Shame the same can't be said now, despite being some years later!

Anyone ever noticed a great improvement in their overall health, wellbeing or even just the clarity of their skin when they've drank tonnes of water?

Tap water here for me too. Sorry to say Englandshire bods but I couldn't drink your water when I was down there last year so ended up buying loads of bottled stuff.

I will generally drink around 3 to 4 pints in a day, if not more. If you are counting tea etc definately more.

About 2 litres a day plus tea and coffee

Loads.. Around 2 litres a day. I hate not having water by me at all times.
Take bottled water in the car with me etc.

Rarely drink anything else (sometimes a coke, or fruit juices in summer).

I take a pint to bed and will wake in the night to drink!

Water? Euw... I only take a glug from the tap if I need to swallow a pill, or maybe but a bottle if I'm out somewhere. Other than that, I'll have 3-4 cups of tea a day, maybe more, and the odd glass of milk, juice or yogurt drink.

i'll ocasionally have a bottle of that volvic strawberry stuff.... but apart from that never. haha woops
