Molly is allowed on both the bed and the sofa, the sofa is leather and that is the best for us cos you just give it a wipe and its brand new. We have had this sofa since before we had Mol and its none the worse for her being on it, even in the winter when the kids let her in with muddy feet and she went on it!!

The bed gets an single quilt cover laid across the foot so she can lay on it.

Sometimes i wake up with a cat on my head, and very occasionally there is a rabbit somewhere in the middle!!

Do dogs claws not scratch the leather? I love leather sofas, but with a cat that thinks the house and it's contents are her own personal scratching post and two mutts I think it'll be a long time before I can have one.

Molly doesn't have very sharp claws, maybe we walk her too much!? so she is no problem with the leather. I know what you mean bout the cats tho, I've had to put boot polish on the arm of one chair thats been scratched.

As if you'd have it any other way! I know I wouldn't.

Well that's good to know, I'll just get rid of the cat!
