i am so so sorry to hear this news about Alfie,
I hope his last months are relatively pain free and am sure he will enjoy all the cuddles you can give him til the time comes,

I can only echo what others have said, i will be hoping and praying alfie has a comfortable and happy times ahead.
Will be thinking of you both, make the most of every moment you have together.
You will never forget your special boy, take some nice photos of any good times to look back on when it hurts and to remember him by.
