I have to say they were fab at breaking out, a few mornings I heard the thundering of many little paws running up the stair into the bedroom catching 11 6/7 week old rotties and getting them back into there own space can be a task in itself,
Ha ha, that could be a sport!

I have tried to warn everyone in the house that it will be a total nightmare having a litter. I'll never forget going to view Isla at 5 weeks old and listening to her breeder say how sad she'd be to see them go to new homes. When I went to collect her at 8 weeks all she said was "Yeah, I'm ready for them to go now!"

Say's it all really and there were only 5 in the litter!

When I have a Mum and pups I havent used rails and always been ok.
I use lino and dont cut it but glue it a foot up the side and so easy to clean.
I have 4 GSD pups at the min and using woodshaving and working out well and easy to keep clean apart from the quite fluffy so it in there fur.
