Thanks for your thoughts and kind wishes, everyone.

This morning Roxy had peed everywhere in the lounge. She doesn't pee in one spot (never has, strange dog) but does it as she walks so there's always a trail.

Luckily she managed to hit all the towels and mats that I put down last night, so the damage is minimal.

I've managed to get a sample this morning, and it's still very bloody.

Just got to wait for the vets to open. Even if Dean's not on (aaarrrggghh!) I'll have to see whoever's there, because I can't let this go unattended.

I'll keep you all posted

Poor Roxy. Good luck this morning with the sample.
Are your Vets like ours and have an in house testing system if they have you may know by the end of today and get her on some medication and be able to put your mind at rest.
Hopefully an infection and easily sorted. XX

Bron is currently on NISAMOX for exactly the same symptoms. Not for the first time either. About 4 years ago had a cystoscopy under GA to check for more sinister cause but nil found ( phew) now it comes and goes and infection is the cause. Will clear up in days but complete the course. Yes, it is frightening, the amount. Also if persists, or is recurrent have doggy's haemoglobin checked for anaemia.
