this is so hard for me because he was in remission and had made plans for the future

I am so sorry to hear about your friend, it must be incredibly hard for both of you. Take some comfort (I realise that at the moment this is scant comfort) from the fact that the poor man will be free of pain soon. I know that this is hard but he will be going onto a better place.

I'm not religious by any means, but I do feel that there is somewhere better we move onto and heal with our loved ones again.

i am getting a lift at 11.30 from a friend as am in no state to drive myself

this is one of the hardest things i have had to do as he is such a great mate to me and my family

i cant help crying for him although i know now he needs to be out of this terrible pain he is in

life is so damn cruel, and he tried so hard to beat this bloody cruel illness

i am so mad that someone like him who never hurt anyone in his life has to leave us so soon

My thoughts and prayers are with you today...I know that's not much, but I am thinking of you both xx
