Have you tried green lip mussel from the health shops my friends GSD has really bad arthiris(sp) and I told her about it she cant believe the difference her dog can now run instead of hobble like she used to and she no longer needs the steriods as they werent working anyway even her vet is surprised with the improvement.
hope it helps and Harley feels better soon.
Give him a big kiss from me
Mary

well took harley to the vets
by time we got there guess what? harley had lost his limp
explained it to the vet,she wasn,t to bothered as he wasn,t limping at the vets
she told us to keep a close eye on him and bring him back should it start again
well we got home and he went out in the garden and.....started limping again
gonna keep a close eye and if he is still limping near the end of the week will pop him back

Silly dog

Well hopefully its nothing or if he does have a crush on your vet, try and make friends with her so sheŽll stop by and kiss him without charging you
