You are bang on correct there. They have been thrown off the breed forums, only one forum has let them stay on. I have a good idea who these 2 'newbies' are by their writing style as I have said. They have come on here for the express purpose to stir the pot and in my opinion they should be treated as they have been treated on the majority of the breed forums, i.e. banned.

I have been advised that there is no cruelty accusation involved in the RSPCA case; a plea is being entered and it will be heard later in the year.

And furthermore, the ASBO was regarding the dogs barking and was completely unconnected to the RSPCA case.

I feel that this thread should be locked unless firm evidence can be provided.

I agree - unless the OP can provide a link to a reliable source reporting of an actual conviction along with full details, such threads will be closed.
