To say im outraged would be an understatement, what a scumbag!

What distresses me more is he got such a crappy 'punishment' banned from keeping animals........ for 3 years!

He should of been given at least a huge fine and been imprisoned for at least a month.

People abuse animals in this way as they know that no real punishment will be given.

Personally I would give him the smae treatment, dangle him on a rope by his neck and have someone considerably larger and stronger than him kick him repeatedly, I am damn well certain he wouldnt do it again!

I asked my law lecturer today why it was such a stupidly lenient punishment. Apparently (she hadn't heard of the case) it would have been to do with his age. I'm assuming that it would have been dealt with in the magistrates and they don't have the authority to hand out large punishments like in the high courts.

Its not right, but then again, as I'm learning - not much is fair in the English legal system!

Well I hope his brother-in-law, the dog's owner, gave him a bloody good kicking.

I don't know why every one is so surprised with the sentence. This country and its Nanny State is a bloody joke.

They are useless at protecting the Kids from abusers don't think they are really bothered about the Animals

Hopefully that bully will get what he deserves!! Lucky he's not my BIL!!!
