I was in Jolleys earlier collecting a big bag of Burns Mini Bites and another new crate for Willow (I'll post soon about that! )

Anyway, the Kong branded filler was £4.99, for that price I thought I'd rather get inventive in the kitchen and try out some of the ideas posted here!

Can't remember to be honest, think it was couple quid but I prob had a basketful of stuff so not sure. Jake loves it though so was well worth whatever I paid for it.

Right Ian.
I'll be Nigella Lawson. Do you wanna be Jamie Oliver or Gordon Ramsay?

Tesco value sandwich paste is good for smearing round the sides. Mine have Sardine & Tomato, Chicken & Ham and Beef.

I then do layers of Value frankfurters, cheese, dog biscuits and seal the end with bread, spread with the sandwich paste.

Also use peanut butter and marmite if the meaty stuff runs out.

we put Marmite/bovril in ours as a special treat but usually its gravy bones or biscuits. A friend of mine buys a tube of 'kong filler' from the pet store but mine hate it (and it can become quite costly!)
