Quoted £33.04 per month for combination policy for Tally 6yr old Vizsla and Cody 5 yr old Dobermann

It is for £4000 per condition or 12 months, this is not lifetime cover which would be preferable, total for these two dogs from More Than was £36.53 per month, not sure if that was for lifetime cover or not. £3.49 less from Direct Line

Angel, 16 month old, male, Northern Inuit £18.30 (More Than £9.34)

Misty, 12 month old, female, Northern Inuit £18.48 (More Than £9.34)

This time my bitch costs more than my dog!

This was for the advanced plan, with £65 excess & no travel cover.

Just to add a joint plan would cost £25.47 saving me a total of £11.31 taking the cost per dog down to around £12.65. Making the cost per dog still more expensive than More Than by £3.31 each

Missy was £ 10.33 (advanced) with £ 130 excess, or £ 11. 54 with £ 65 excess. Both quotes were for £ 6000 vets fees and no travel. She is microchipped. Think I'll stay with More Than (£ 9.34 a month) as the vets fees are £ 7000 for every new injury or illness. There is no time limit on claims for vets fees. Missy's leg injury has cost under £ 1,500 so far so I've still got £ 5,500 to go for that alone. The excess is £ 75 or 15%, whichever is the larger amount. They pay out for treatment until you reach the £ 7000 limit for that condition.
