Well done for getting him somewhere safe and where he can begin a new and happy life.

There are some people - this poor dog's owner especially- who are a waste of a good skin.

Just had a call from Max's foster mum and he's doing really well. He's been to the vet to get checked and he took blood to check for liver and kidney functions but he thinks everything will be ok. He is on 4 small meals a day and is loving sitting in front of the big roaring coal fire. So much so that they have had to put the fire guard up coz he sits and stares at it and the embers spark and hit him but he still refuses to move. He is a content wee soul she said. I'll keep you all informed of how things go.

tracie can you tell his foster mum to give max a big cuddle from us lot on dw please.
its great to know he is finally getting a taste of happiness and a caring home.
i really don't know how you can stop yourself some times i don't think i could, i guess you have to for the sake of the dogs.
take the lead get the dog out the way then punch em........ or better still starve them like they seem to think is ok to do to a dog!
how any one can mistreat any animal is completely beyond me, if i couldn't care for them then i would re home them to some one who could, there is no excuse for dogs in such a state.
