An apple a day keeps the vet away?

Archie also goes nuts for dried apricots, but like bananas I'm not too sure about them

My Barney, used to eat apple cores, bit of orange, banana, grape, anything thing that was offered, always wanted a bit of what I had.

Luna loves apples and have ate loads.. with core and pips and all...

Don't worry

Loki has eaten the whole apple before with no ill-effects. I imagine you would need to eat a whole lot of apples to get suffer but in future I will core the apple first.

Bananas are good too, you can whizz them with yoghurt add some honey then stuff a kong & freeze it, dogs love it

Just dragged this up when checking if you should core an apple before giving it to the dogs, not sure i am really wiser now, but they both had them whole.

I don't core them. Apparently they'd have to eat a huge number of pips for it to cause a problem.

Yes thank you, i saw that, just searched under apple and it came up, but as apples and dogs havent much changed and it wasnt conclusive one way or the other i thought i would comment. Hope thats okay?
