She starts the tablets today so hopefully we will see some improvement over the coming week regarding the excess drinking and slower improvement for the other signs.

OK so we are now a week into vetoryl tablets and we have our dog back.

She has lost the bloated look, water intake is back to normal, no more wetting and she is bright eyed and back to the driven working type I remember. I cannot believe how quickly she has turned around or how well she now is. It is only seeing her now that we realise how many symptoms we put down to age and how gradual the decline had been.

Thanks for all your support. I'll get some pics up of her over the weekend.

Hi there

I am so glad your dog is responding to treatment.

I had a dog with Cushings but it was not tumour related and he was treated with Lysodren.
