was the water warm or cold? Hot water seals kids paint into clothes so I would think it would do the same to dogs fur. It is best to use cold water to try to remove kids paint A tip from my sons nursery teacher when he came home covered in black paint

i would think its safe if its kids paint .............I agree leave it perhaps add some blue to the feet would like good
