Maybe, maybe not. A lot of people DO post these "omg I luv cesar" posts and they really DO.

(And the person does have over 200 posts here so troll is less likely.)

I think he understands dogs very well, I just don't understand some of his harsh methods. I do take on board his whole 'pack leader' thing to a certain extent. I believe, as he does that you get high energy dogs and low energy dogs rather than the breed always being representative. But if he says 'calm submissive' ONE more time I think I might smack him!

Nah. It's not possible. Surely no one could like him?

but
I feel these threads are worth the effort becuase pretty much every time another person sees the light and moves away from punishment based training

Also lots of people think he is God because they see him on TV so it must be right
They have never seen anything against him, and so assume thats how you are supposed to treat dogs

LOL. I think if he says DOMINANCE one more time I might smack him. To him, everything a dog does is some dominance thing. They can be dominant over people, other dogs, cats, even LIGHT. Just...what?

How true, a couple of people I know thought he was the bees knees, until they saw the light which was shortly after a lengthy speech from me and a calming cuppa

I think some people agree with some/few of his ideas/ways of thinking but that's usually as far as it goes!

I know, that annoys me too, so many dogs don't have an ounce of dominance in them, my lad doesn't know the meaning of the word! I've stopped using the word dominant.

Good job too because as per the Bristol university paper of 2009 it doesn't even exist.
