Apparently the toe post stimulates a pressure point inbetween the toes which is really good for you (but can't remember what the pressure point is for now d'oh!).

they had some Fitflops made by Addidas for £20 which were amazing but sadly didnt have my size
so i got different pair, but brought them gel toe things you were on about as i think we will be doing loads of walking and i dont want them to rub
would never have known about them till i read this thread, so thank you
