sorry i thought you got the impression Co-Op actually cared about the law!!District managers and their lap dogs, sorry Area managers, feel they are above the law! so nothing changes!

Just remember that all those 8-6 working hours stop, because you will also have to find the time to do your accounts and ordering etc in the evenings, but that said I could never work for anyone.
Have you and Lisa thought about taking your boss to an employment tribunal because bullying and harassment of any kind should not be tolerated in the workplace.

)I am awaiting a "mediation" with HR and my bosses but have delayed it till next month as im just not upto facing them yet... i spoke to lisa and told her to come in with me on it and to call the woman who has been dealing with my case so they can really see whats happening!
