Looks are not everything..my point is if a dog can come between a relationship, the relationship was not strong in the first place, other wise if it was , the OH would not make you choose!

that would be no decision at all. even during the period of my life when I couldn't have a dog, I would never go out with a guy that didn't like them....somehow I just couldn't love a guy who didn't love animals (having said that OH says he doesn't like cats, but him and Halibut used to have a secret cuddle when he thought I wasn't looking)

I am confident this scenario would never happen, so am exempt from replying

My hubby knows how much I love my dogs and would never, ever ask me to choose between them and him. As Hali said, if he did, then he wouldn't be the man I married and me and the dogs would be outta there!

I would choose my husband, we have been married for 43 years so it feels like he is part of me and my soul mate. I do know that he would never ever ask me to choose between him and the dogs though. Maybe that is why we have been together for so long.

i watched an episode of it's me or the dog yesterday which featured a single mum and her jack russell girl. this lady had been single for over 3 years and had poured all her love and affection into her dog. hmm, that sounds familiar...

For all you single ladies ... all you need to do is find a man or woman who loves dogs as much as you do! Simple!

OT but I wish they would bring back Its Me or the Dog, as I think it was definitely one of the better dog training programmes!
