I am gobsmacked at 2 things Chris, 1 ....the service manager is acting fraudulently as I suspect the tracking will most likely be fine, 2....the service manager is calling customers!! Only time my bosses did that was if there was a problem. It's really very very sad that you will have to change from a brand you like because of a crappy dealership... it's not on!!

I love my Panda, Kazz. and loved my previous Punto. I'll hate changing, but the Dealership causes us stress most years. The warranty situation means having to use a dealership to keep it, but using the dealership is going to lose Fiat a customer
Well that p**s me off big time. Maybe another dealership or something will of happened before you change again.

Oh I am also waiting joining you in the cells for HMRC however cut them off once they started and then blocked number.
