I meant your own pups?

I dont think rescues are saying that at all, but thousands and thousands of dogs are being put down each week and they see this day in day out. So of course they want to reduce breeding.

Im sorry i dont understand that at all, surely its to have responsible and ltd breeding with regulations and law to back it up????

If as a rescue you beleive dogs should be neutered because thousands are put to death weekly, for want of a home, then you would not place with someone who is not of that beleif, because they are most likely adding to the situation.

We already have laws and regulations it's just not top of everyones list to enforce!

But not ones that mean your average Jo can breed, without any thought but a few quid and a cute pup!

Ithink you'll find that introducing a law that severely restricted breeding activities would never be considered, besides, whose 'opinion' would be used to draft the law?

No. I didn't say Personally, the majority I knew about, I said breeders in general.
