I have a friend who uses a very good physio in Ayrshire, would you like me to ask her if she can suggest someone over our side of the country?

Is the hydrotherapy the one in Glenrothes?? I know several people who use it regularly

Thatwould be brilliant if you could ask your friend - Thank you . I found one physio in cupar so that would be only about 20 mins from me. I looked at the hydrotherapy at glenrothes but also one at Portlethen. Portlethen although further away would actually take less time as its dual carriageway all the way. Thanks everyone will update as soon as I can
