Is it a digital and are you trying to load from camera through a cable ? If yes perhaps get a card reader as the camera does`nt have to be hooked up that way
If using a card reader already it might have a fault or need a driver update ?

If none of that is any help you could post in the Computers & Related section here and see if someone can come up a solution for you

I have to say --what a very clever idea to have a virtual dog show. Someone needs a pat on the back. It really has all the excitememt of any show anywhere. I have looked at previous shows and admired the winners and now have two wins ( or rather my dogs have ) under my belt. It is great that you also choose classes that enable the less photogenic to enter ( namely my pug) . Great! Mary
