btw, I went to Poundland the other day and they have loads of branded foods such as WW bagels, sauces, soups, cookies, branded breakfast bars, all sorts of stuff!! and obviously all a pound guess where I am headed for my next shop. I need to spend less on my food now so I am going there plus Aldi now!! Poundland even had the Birdseye frozen steam veg apparently but I missed that (and paid more in Asda)

I have seen an exercise class advertised that I am thinking of trying out too, so I will let you know how it goes if I get there!

yep, I'll let you know, the times and location aren't the easiest for me but I'm hoping I can go anyway. It sounds good, 15 mins fitball, 15 mins suspension training (a new thing which came about through acrobat stuff or something - seen it on Tv but can't remember what its called) 15 mins Kettlebell training, 15 mins of something else (cant remember what)

Edit; I want to try Zumba too but wont be able to go this week as I have arrangements already.

My only fear is that previous injuries are re-awakened as I still get some bother....but I will speak to them and see what they say.

I have had a bad day today.
Not bad like something bad happened, but I have totally eaten the wrong things

But I think with having this induction for my new job tomorrow (not had a job in like 8 months...), it is just the stress/worry of that!

Will just make this my "bad" day of the week and be good later/tomorrow

try not to worry, I'm sure it will be fine, both the job/induction and your weight loss

Congrats on the job!

Good news and bad news!

Bad news.... I was really bad again earlier today ate so much crap and stuff...

Good news is that because I am not used to it it made me feel so ill, that I won't be doing that again for a while!

My induction was also good and I am looking forward to starting work
