Hi Leo

I think it is definately to soon to get another dog. I just thought i would put some feelers out & see what others thought etc etc.

I think it would be wise to just concentrate on her for a while & spoil her (even more) than she normally is.

I would not look at getting another for a least a few months yet, just wanted to get some feedback from others as it always helps.

Sorry to hear Freckles isn't eating etc.,

However with regards another dog I agree with magpye, but I would just like to say having been in theis position myself, I would let her grieve too. IMO dogs do need to do this then they can move on successfully.

Sorry for your loss and how it is affecting Freckles. She's a lucky girl to have someone care so much for her. Wish you well whatever you end up doing *hugs*
