Tha bad news is it has all my bookmarks on it

The good news is a friend who is a PC tech can transfer everything off the drives for me and hopefully all my bookmrks will be saved, but it will be a day or two til he can do it - but Dogsey is first on the new list on the PC I picked up from my parents today

Next bad news is this is a flying visit as I have all my programs to load into the new machine so that will take a fair while, [ after I`ve had a quick read here first ], but the other good news is that all the Virtual show work is on my external hard drive so thats all safe, phew

When I have everything connected and running, I`ll get straight on to answering pm`s and catching up on the show jobs before anything else, so please bear with me, I don`t want to keep anyone waiting a second longer than absolutley necessary, especially for the Wildlife Polls which are waiting to be completed for posting and the awards which are waiting to be done, but hopefully by tomorrow evening I`ll be able to crack on with everything and should be up to date on Saturday at the latest if all goes well with the new PC
Patch. My HD corrupted last year and it drove me nuts for a while....funny thing is my bookmarks were lost too and for a while when surfing was quite lost (have now built up a long list of new ones and a few oldies have crept back )
Hope you don't tear your hair out: we can all wait and totally understand!
Mary

Fanx guys
Its been another fraught day on the PC front, the new one decided it was far too easy on me to just work having lulled me into a false sense of security so it decided it needs to be reformatted
Luckily a friends hubbyis a pc tech so he came over and had a look, has taken the new one and my old one home with him where he is going to get all my bits and pieces off both systems then use the best parts and drives from them to make one better faster PC so I`ll be going to theirs tomorrow but it probably won`t be ready til late evening so a lot of tomorrow will be taken up with that but in the meantime he got my lappy online, yaaaaaaaaaaaay !!!!!!!
Its a bit of a mare in terms of not being used to it, [ orrible XP ], and I`ve to sort resolutions, getting essential programmes on, [ for doing virtual show artwork as the files are safe on my external drive but I need to load the programes in that I use for doing it all, then I can finally catch up properly

I very much appreciate everyones patience and understanding while I get everything fully operational asap but for the next few minutes at least I`m going to have a quick catch up of threads to take my mind of PC hassles, I must be addicted, a couple of days not being able to be here properly and I`m stir crazy
