I also do all of the above. Plus, when Kieron and Houdini come inside after a romp outside, the first thing they do is stomp around in the kitchen and bark until I get them both cookies. Then they demand all the attention they (think) they deserve! Truthfully, they treat me like poo, but when it is cuddle time it makes it all worth the work and dollars!

Bruno has trained us to cover him every night with a blanket, and recover him again if we get up in the night ... amongst many other things.

LOL, Archie does this too! If I hear him whimpering in the night, there's usually 2 different whimpers, one is "mummy I need to pee!" and the other is "mummy I'm cold!" LOL.
