They're like palaces compared to what you can get in Brighton.

Last year when we had it valved and before the extention went up it was only worth £995,000.

Problem is I love this house so much that I just couldn't bring myself to sell it unless someone offered me around the £1,3 million mark.
Will you marry me?

This is the closest one to us. Samll 3 bed terrace but in a great area. The same property 5 miles away would be about £50.000 less.

i dont think it is about where you live or the price
it is if you have decent neighbours

i cannot stand stuck up people who think they are better than others

i am lucky as i only have neighbours one side and she is very elderly but really nice

in essex i lived on a an exclusive estate (or so it was called)
but the neighbours were awful
beautiful house though
Shame

In this area I dont think you would find anything, not even a studio flat for that. As for the neighbours ive lived here 2 1/2 yrs and only occ. speak to the people across the road perhaps when the time comes we will go back to Newcastle.
