Can these ( above link) be moved between shoes or is it a pair for each pair of shoes?

Not sure about these ones Rachel. The ones I bought whilst on hols in NYC are movable. I reckon they'll all be like that. They fit quite firmly in my trainers and can be removed easily. You could contact Better Health and ask the question........
