To make things easier for collators, if any need to upload a submission ie if its emailed, I have opened a photo bucket account specifically for the Virtual Show so no one need worry about accidentally deleting someones image from their own photobucket , [ which would then disappear from whichever thread they are in of course ], and won`t take up space in your own photo bucket facility

When collators are appointed they will be given the log-in and password

Collator required for Terrier AV which will open as soon as Best Fancy Dress presentations have been done

The collator will need to be around for at least one day after the class closes until the Judges results are in so that the collator can give me the details of the relevant entrants when requested at that time.

If you are willing and available to collate for this class, please send me a pm - the first volunteer to pm me will get the job

Edited to update - this job has now been taken, with another wonderfully fast response

Now that we have so many volunteers the pace may be stepped up with staggered classes as there are so many to fit in before the end of the year

I will aim to start one class then midway through its run will get the next class up and running and so on. Each class will still run for a week each but it means them overlapping if I do this - I`ll give it a fair try anyway

The only reason I can consider doing this is because there are so many wonderful volunteers I can call on so thank you all for making it possible to consider trying it out

When the Terrier AV class starts [ after Fancy dress ], I`ll give the idea the first try-out so watch out for the next collator request when I sort the advance entry details for the class which will start during the Terrier AV run

Anyone who has`nt heard from me about Judging, don`t worry, there are lots of classes and I don`t plan ahead too far as I can`t give dates for when classes are running as it depends on how fast award presentations are done each time before the next class can start, but I do have everyones names down for potential matches for Judging appointments
