He's lovely as long as there's no children around. For some reason he HATES kids. He's never actually hurt anyone but i think only because when i tell him 'no' he stops!! I certainly wouldn't leave a child to handle him alone! Its odd though as i was barely 12 when i had him and he's always loved me!!

As long as he doesn't have to be around kids he's the kindest horse imaginable!

lovely pics i used to own an american standard bred gelding called rupert he was chestnut and 15.2hh. i started riding when i was 7 but when i had my first child i just couldnt afford it all anymore. i still miss it dreadfully. i grew up riding horses and will go back to it all as soon as my kids have all elft home!!

jessica my daughter is 10

she will get a pony as soon as we get some land nearby or nextdoor

and my eldest is 19 and she used to have her own horse but it hads to be sold when we lost the land it used to be kept on

I love the pics I really miss having horses but cant afford to have one at the moment must win the lottery or move back to Ireland.

Oooh, i want to live in Ireland - They have the best horses! Horses can be SO expensive, i remember when i kept mine at livery my mum used to have to pay about £50 a week for the stable and food etc. Luckily my parents moved somewhere with enough land to keep my horse at home. Its not perfect as we only have about an acre so we have to be careful with how much time out Charlie has, and it is a lot more work, but its definately worth it to be able to ride whenever i want!

Jackie - Your daughter looks very smart in all her riding stuff!! I bet she'd love to do the shows and things like that! I hope you manage to get somewhere to keep a pony as im sure she cant wait!

jessica we have a field next to us that we are trying to buy at the moment,that would be ideal
if not we have been offered a space about a mile away only tonite

she is gonna go summer riding camp and then we will start to look for a pony/horse for her
