Sure! For example, I just adore Borzoi and Greyhounds, but I can't have one as I have cats.

I love Beardies but I am allergic to them

I also like Italian Greyhounds but would be nervous that I'd break one

I dont like drooling dogs, I think there looks are pretty, not so muchie with the gross drooling, cant look or stand it, but that doesnt mean that I hate them, its I wouldnt own them, but they are wonderful because they have helped saved peoples lifes in the olden days, and some are in work now a days to save peoples lifes. There is a couple bizzard looking breeds, I wouldnt own, but they are indeed interesting.

Since I found poodles I find it very hard to think of owning any other breed (except Percy of course ). Everytime I think oooh I'd love one of them, I then say just get another poodle :smt002

Yes you can still be an animal lover and not be able to live with certain breeds. I absolutely adore Boxers, but I could not live with them as they would not suit my lifestyle. I need something a bit more laid back like the Borzoi.

I think if people really researched a breed to see if it fitted in with their lifestyle before taking it on , there would be less dogs found in rescues. Some people just see a breed and think oH it sooo cute I must have one and don't stop to think if it is really the breed for them this to me is very sad for the poor dog.



I have a cat and I also have Borzois and two little dacchies so it can work.

I am 4ft 11 and have two Borzoi males
but just to balance it out I have two Min LH Daschunds
