When I was looking only found 3 properties from all the agents I went through. Cheapest was only £380 yeah, no heating, upstairs flat with open external staircase and no garden! Second cheapest was £675 but on a main road third one is where I am now and it is very expensive but I have 4 dogs, otherwise it's back in the tent!

You need to search around for farms in your area who have rental cottages? That's what I'm doing at the moment, and I've found some good ones, and being out of season when we want it (whilst our loft is being convered!) they're quite reasonable, and of course, they don't mind the dogs!
