I had teething rings for the boys which were filled with gel. I had a few and kept them in the fridge - worked really well. Calgel was brilliant too.

I'm sure they were camomile based and I think I got them in the Health food shop.
But no sugar and completely natural.
I used to give Harvey those,i think they were called 'Ashton and parsons' teething powder or something like that (little white packets with blue writing ?) They really soothed him :smt001 Used Biccipegs too.

Your little one is just beautiful bless her x

Hi, i only used teething gell for Cody for his 1st 2 teeth, after that he was fine. But i know alot of my friends have used the powder that you put on there tounge. They really recomend it. I know you can get it in Tesco ect. Biki pegs were only good for banging on the floor LOL Cody really didnt like them. But keep Calpol at hand and the teethers you put in the fridge.

Thanks every so much for your advice - I did use some herbal powders from Boots and some Bonjella gel. Seemed to do the trick but I can feel the little gnasher now - awwwwwwwwww.

She is absolutly gorgeous

I gave mine cucumber chunks, and ice poles when they were teething. I bought a box of ice poles made from mineral water ( no colouring etc ) and gave them an ice pole to chew and suck on...but depending on the age whether you open the ice pole or not....but in my experience they soothe the gums 101%

I used to give my lot bonjela and teething rings that you could put into the freezer.

Ask your chemist if they stock teething powders. They worked a treat on my lot
