we have a hotpoint ultima and had a prob with it about 2 weeks back. They came out fixed it and left within 1/2 hour. No charge..

Yes and i filled in the details but then i bottled it because i wasnt sure if i was going to get charged for the call out

All i can find is a leaflet telling you how to claim your free 5 year parts cover, thats what i registered online
I still have the email thanking me for registering it, but i cant find the reciept anywhere. I always keep reciepts for things like that

although i mislaid my warrenty for the PC have found it now i rang up gave them my details and no one even asked to see them whe they came out
