great pics

we used to own 12 but some died of old age
and the fox got the last 3 a few weeks ago
so we are not going to get anymore as it isn,t fair on them

Thats great, I used to keep hens as a kid, just dont get a cockrel, they are so noisy! lol

Haha,

Dont blame u, it was hard to even get the eggs from our 4 hens, the Cockrel used to chase us away from them! lol

I used to keep ducks and a Goose too, they were all lovely, believe it or not the Goose was the best gaurd in the world!

She couldnt fly as her wing was disfigured at birth (the farmer was going to cull her, thats why we got her) but she could leap, flapping over 6ft fences if anyone tried to get in! lol

Geese eggs are huge, you certainly get a big breakfast from them! :smt044
