Thanks everyone. I usually stay in Ratagan or Letterfearn, which are on the opposite side of the Loch to Eilean Donan. Here is a pic of the castle taken earlier this year.

we hope to go over to Skye to go on one of the whale spotting trips, i cant wait.
Try aquaexplore RIB 4+ hour trip out of Elgol. We did their shorter trip to Loch Couruisk last year and the longer one this year. Great fun!
