Wendover is a walker's/rambler's paradise - so many beautiful walks, good cafes/pubs dotted around, easy to park, a great tourist info centre for maps and lots of route options. The Ridgeway with views over Chequers is stunning.

Not yet done any of the walks with a dog but so looking forward to revisiting the area with a woofer.

on a clear day u can see as far as wiltshire.

What a lovely place for a walk, it makes you so happy to be british on days like this. Beautiful places and lovely people to share with our beloved pets.

i bet its cold n windy up there today we are carless at the moment, but as soon as we are mobile again ill be back there. love to see it in the snow.

Looks like a lovely walk, arent the Chilterns and surrounding areas beautiful? One of the reasons I moved out this way ( and because it is near to Hearing Dogs HQ ).
