have to agree, love anything with pasta, so much so that I dragged my OH to cookery shop the other day and got him to buy me loads of italian books for my birthday and have a sneaky suspicion i'm getting a pasta making machine - so will be able to make me own! whoo hoo!!! (is that sad???? :smt102 :smt102 )

Indian for me, mmmmm! Best places for veggie food are Indian restaurants. I love Italian too, but I don't tend to go for pasta very often, stuffed pasta occasionally, but usually pizza. I looove proper Italian pizza and the salads...

Never go to Chinese restaurants, and rarely to Thai places, can't trust them not to put meat stock or fish sauce even in supposedly vegetarian dishes

Lolo, I've got a pasta maker and it's brill! You won't want to eat restaurant pasta again after you've had your own home-made

There's not a lot to go wrong (or I would definitely have found it ), it just takes a bit of patience to get the dough smooth. Just be prepared for scraping bits of pasta dough out from your fingernails and off the worksurfaces for a week afterwards
