At a show at the weekend I saw some dogs wearing "Cool coats". Coats that go over the dog but that you dampen with water to keep the dog cool. I have tried to find something on the net, but "cool coats" in the search brings up fashionable coats!!
Anyone any idea where I can get one of these. there is something similar on the site mentioned above, but it is not quite what I want.
Thanks for any help.

Try www.jakmarketing.co.uk - they have them on the website but you have to contact them for a price.

BTW, just ordered a Canine Cooler bed from www.entirelypets.com - they have them on sale atm and ship to the uk. The large bed plus shipping was $103, substantially cheaper than buying the equivalent size bed from Orvis (who are out of stock, in any case). Sorry, they don't do the jacket

That is a good price but you might have to pay VAT in this country for it. Even still its still a lot cheaper than what I paid for mine before.

The beauty of one of these for me, is that Georgie even prefers the cool kitchen floor to his lovely soft bed in the winter! So he'll be happy in this all year round. If it's that good, I might even get a 2nd one for Cassie as she's getting pretty hot at night and I'm having to keep the fan going on full blast all night which keeps me awake!

I ordered from the K9 carts site...the site might show the UK price but I was charged in US dollars and the goods were shipped from the US.

Remember, you'll have to pay import duty on it too (based on the value of the goods). I can't remember how much postage cost but the import tax was about £20!

How much was the total in dollars?

Last time I order goods from the US we got charged VAT by customs when it arrived here at 17.5%
